AI Full Stack Developer Intern

Internship Summary :

Join our Data Analytics and Engineering (DAE) Group as an AI Full Stack Developer Intern. This role is ideal for a passionate technologist eager to build modern web applications powered by Azure-based GPT and cutting-edge AI services. You'll design, develop, deploy, maintain and support web-based graphical interfaces, dynamic data visualizations, and robust backend logic to deliver meaningful solutions for our clients.

Internship Job Duties :

Full Stack Development :

Design and develop complex web applications using React.js and Node.js, enhancing existing features and building new functionalities.

Frontend Engineering :

Implement intuitive GUIs focused on user experience and data visualization, leveraging modern frontend frameworks.

Backend Logic & Integration :

Develop scalable backend services in Node.js and Python, integrating with databases and external systems via RESTful APIs.

AI Application Development :

Utilize Azure-based GPT models and other AI technologies to create intelligent applications.

Troubleshooting :

Debug, resolve, and document software issues efficiently.

Internship Qualifications :

• Currently studying Bachelors (Completed Junior or Senior Year) or master's in computer science or related field.
• Experience working with Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js) and Python.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Postgres.
• Exposure to AI technologies (OpenAI, LangChain) and interest in their applications.
• Prior experience with LLMs, Databricks or automated end-to-end testing is a plus.

The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position :

If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Associate-level degree : $16.00 per hour

If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Undergraduate-level degree : $22.00 per hour

If the selected candidate is a student pursing a Graduate-level degree : $32.50 per hour

If the selected candidate is a student pursuing a Doctorate-level degree : $36.00 per hour

The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois (Chicago area), Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington (Seattle area) :

Student pursuing an Associate-level degree : $17.00 per hour

Student pursuing an Undergraduate-level degree : $24.20 per hour

Student pursing a Graduate-level degree : $36.40 per hour

Student pursuing a Doctorate-level degree : $40.30 per hour
