Senior Production Test Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a functional team of engineers responsible for production testing in our Andover factory.

The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks, coordinate resources, and manage team staffing levels to meet customer needs. They will also be responsible for training, coaching, mentoring, employee performance development, and providing critical oversight to the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prioritizing tasks to meet customer requirements
• Coordinating resources and managing team staffing levels
• Training, coaching, and mentoring employees
• Providing critical oversight to the team
• Developing sustaining solutions to technical problems
• Leading root cause and corrective action initiatives
• Participating or leading functional or factory improvement projects
• Supporting manufacturing test activities on the factory floor

Requirements :

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and at least 10 years of relevant experience. They should also have experience in leading people / teams and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
