This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is passionate about client care and digital engagement.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care Coordinator Duties:

\t•\tGreet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism

\t•\tAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily calendars

\t•\tProvide information about services and guide patients through their treatment journey

\t•\tEnsure client satisfaction and support smooth daily operations

Social Media Duties:

\t•\tCreate and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

\t•\tCapture in-office content (before/afters, behind-the-scenes, promotions)

\t•\tRespond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries professionally

\t•\tTrack engagement and contribute creative ideas for campaigns

🔍 Ideal Candidate:

\t•\tPrevious experience in a med spa, dermatology office, or similar setting

\t•\tStrong communication and multitasking skills

\t•\tConfident using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and other social tools

\t•\tPassion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering an elevated client experience

\t•\tPositive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
