As a Line Cook, you’ll work closely with our Executive and Sous Chefs to prepare high-quality dishes, maintain a well-organized kitchen, and ensure every plate leaving the pass reflects our commitment to excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in your craft, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and stock your station with fresh ingredients and supplies before each shift
• Prepare food items according to recipes and chef’s specifications — from sauces and sides to beautifully plated entrees
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure dishes are prepared efficiently, consistently, and with outstanding quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your station and the kitchen
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and nutritional guidelines at all times
• Take initiative in restocking and inventory management
• Work with pride, passion, and professionalism — because every guest deserves our best
