A company is looking for a General Liability Claims Adjuster in Property / Casualty Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth claim investigations and determine coverage
Manage reserves and maintain organized claim files and communications
Negotiate settlements and stay current with legal statutes and industry trends
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years handling Commercial Liability claims, including litigation experience
Experience with mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Strong collaboration with legal counsel and claims teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
