JOB TITLE : Repair Advocate Associate Lead

- Occasional travel to Lisle, IL to meet with team – 2x / Quarter

Overall Description :
As a Repair Advocate Associate Lead, you will serve as the primary contact between dealer service departments, international management, and customers to facilitate smooth repair operations and minimize downtime. Your expertise in diesel and automotive troubleshooting, coupled with your exemplary customer service skills, will allow you to effectively monitor communication flows, address repair issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This leadership role demands resourcefulness, independent judgment, and excellent communication to improve service efficiency and elevate the customer experience—all while working remotely and maintaining a collaborative presence in the Lisle, IL office quarterly.
Required Skills
Solid experience in diesel and automotive repair, diagnostics, or technical supportProven customer service experience in a high-volume settingStrong communication and public speaking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously and efficientlyDemonstrated judgment, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulnessExperience working remotely with the discipline to self-managePreferred Education and Experience
Associate’s degree or technical certification in automotive or diesel repair preferredAt least 3 years of technical truck or automotive support combined with customer service experience, or5+ years of direct experience in diesel / automotive technical support with customer-facing responsibilitiesOther Requirements
Must be able to visit the Lisle, IL office at least twice per quarterAvailability for a flexible schedule : M-F, 7am-4pm, with occasional Saturday shifts (7am-3pm) or evening shifts (12pm-9pm)Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technical needs
