This is a rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage loan officer to join forces with a nationally ranked, top 1% mortgage originator and take the next step toward long-term business ownership. You'll work alongside a proven, process-driven team supporting a loyal, high-end clientele of second-home buyers, real estate investors, and successful professionals. Over time, you'll transition into the lead role, inheriting deeply rooted referral relationships and a well-cultivated database. Responsibilities :

• Originate new mortgage loans while learning and following our established systems
• Deliver an exceptional, relationship-based client experience from first call to closing and beyond
• Collaborate with our seasoned team to structure complex loans and guide clients through strategic decisions
• Take part in weekly client updates, consultations, and communications that build long-term trust
• Maintain regular contact with clients and referral partners using proven outreach and retention systems
• Work with our team to coach and elevate others—not micromanage
• Transition into a leadership and ownership role over time with increasing access to the client and partner network
