Position Description : Production Supervisor- Finishing / Industrial Paint line Operations

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead our Finishing Department which includes all finishing processes and paint line operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities ensuring safety quality and efficiency standards are met and driving continuous improvement across the department.

OR 5 years in a manufacturing or finishing environment with 2 years in a supervisory role.

$75K - $90K Annually based on Skills & Experience
