A company is looking for a Technical Engineer to support the integration and operation of payment systems across hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support via ServiceNow Helpdesk, managing incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot issues related to payment gateways and maintain Oracle Opera Cloud PMS integrations
Use PowerShell scripting to streamline tasks and assist in managing payment device connectivity
Required Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow Helpdesk for incident management
Background in hotel IT and hands-on experience with Oracle Opera Cloud PMS
Knowledge of payment gateways, including transaction flows and tokenization
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
Basic networking knowledge and awareness of PCI DSS compliance
