Distribution Center Reserve Department Manager

The Paper Store is a family owned and operated chain of specialty gift stores in the Northeast and Florida. The Paper Store Distribution Center (DC) supports all store locations with timely product replenishment and online customer order fulfillment. Position Overview : The Paper Store is in search of a dynamic individual to lead the Reserve Replenishment Department at the distribution center in Leominster, MA. The successful candidate is someone with a demonstrated commitment to building a strong, inclusive employee culture, with an emphasis on development. This leader is a collaborative partner with individuals at all levels of the organization. They are solution-oriented and results-driven to achieve performance objectives, to modify or create processes that improve efficiency, and to provide world class service to retail locations. This position reports to the Distribution Center General Manager.

Ability to commute to the Leominster, MA Distribution Center for every scheduled shift.
