About The Position

Specialty accepted : Family Practice, Internal Medicine

Start date or shifts : ASAP – Ongoing

Daily schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

Practice setting : FQHC Outpatient Clinic

Types of procedures : High blood pressure, diabetes, cold, flu, routine primary care; refer major conditions to ER

Number of patients : 20–25 per day

Ages : All ages

Requirements : State license, DEA, CSR, and BLS

Additional information :  Will Accept providers who prefer to see adult patients only; 1–2 week onboarding; travel and lodging available; flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options
