About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity and Information Security to lead and deliver high-impact technical initiatives. This role involves managing complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining strict adherence to security and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is an A-rated Project Manager with proven expertise in Cyber and Security PM , excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Visio .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans , including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Collect, analyze, and summarize project data such as task durations, costs, and resource utilization.

Act as a liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners , ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project phases.

Define project deliverables and establish processes for review, approval, and quality assurance.

Manage project scope changes , risks, and issues through structured governance processes.

Facilitate project meetings and provide clear, actionable status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks , developing contingency and risk management plans.

Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.

Lead project security assessments to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and IT security standards prior to go-live.

Foster a collaborative environment, removing roadblocks and enabling teams to stay focused on delivery objectives.

Document and gain buy-in for requirements, milestones, and deliverables , ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications & Required Skills

8+ years of Project Management experience, including large-scale technology initiatives.

3+ years of experience managing Cybersecurity or Information Security projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Expertise in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk, and Compliance domains.

Proficiency with MS Project , Excel , Visio , Jira , and related project management tools.

Experience with infrastructure, information security, and technology projects .

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

PMP (Project Management Professional) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications preferred.
