Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,586 per week in Ronceverte, WV

Must have a current driver's license. Must have agency-required liability insurance. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from home. Description : This position involves providing home health therapy services through home visits. Periodic office meetings are required. The average number of patients per day is 5-6. Each type of visit and activity, such as documentation and travel, holds a different point value. The contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Contractor must meet weekly productivity expectations of 30 points. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow Ups. Previous home health experience is required; first-timers are not accepted. Weekend requirements vary by location and should be discussed during the interview. On-call requirements vary and should be discussed with the manager. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS Standard rate. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed and incomplete documentation that impact billing will result in cancellation. The contractor must accept every patient on their schedule without declining, regardless of the distance. No guaranteed hours are provided with this contract. If there are not enough patients, contractors may have the option to float to nearby clinics. Home health experience is critical for this role.
