Job Title : CMM Programmer
Introduction
Join a leading manufacturing organization in Devens, MA dedicated to precision engineering and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with deep expertise in Zeiss CMMs and Calypso software to support our quality inspection and metrology efforts.
This role plays a key part in ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality compliance across the production lifecycle through precise inspection programming and execution.

Creating, modifying, and optimizing CMM programs using Calypso software for routine and complex inspectionsPerforming dimensional inspections of precision parts and assemblies using Zeiss Coordinate Measuring MachinesAnalyzing engineering drawings and applying GD&T to ensure inspection accuracy and complianceSupporting first article inspections (FAI) , in-process checks, and final inspectionsTroubleshooting and resolving measurement discrepancies or software issuesDocumenting results, generating inspection reports, and supporting non-conformance investigationsCollaborating closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in dimensional controlEnsuring proper calibration, maintenance, and functionality of CMM and related metrology equipmentYou Will Bring the Following
Proven experience programming Zeiss CMMs with Calypso softwareStrong knowledge of GD&T and the ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprintsExperience in a precision manufacturing environment (e.g. aerospace, medical device, automotive )Familiarity with quality systems , inspection procedures, and ISO or AS9100 standardsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionallyTo learn more or apply, please contact me at devon.nzepuome@biotalent.com .
