Enterprise Scheduling Registrar

Physical Therapy & Perinatal Center- Whittier :

This position performs all tasks related to patient scheduling and pre-registration of outpatients in an efficient, accurate and hospitable manner to ensure that patient, physician and hospital needs are met. Job duties include : Insurance authorization, chart preparation, faxing, filing, and managing the phones. Engages in performance improvement activities as needed and serves as a communication facilitator for area of responsibility.
