We're looking for a seasoned professional with : 5+ years of financial services experience (banking, insurance, investments, or financial planning) Proven client relationship management and face-to-face interaction skills Sales or business development background with a track record of building trust and generating referrals Professional maturity and the confidence that comes with industry experience Natural ability to ask for feedback, testimonials, and referrals in a consultative manner As our Client Engagement & Referral Manager, you'll be the bridge between our advisory team and our valued clients, focusing on relationship enhancement and strategic growth. The position fosters client and prospect relationships through the collection of testimonials, feedback, referrals and reviews! This person will drive engagement, receive quality leads, and qualify opportunities. This is achieved through different funnels of interaction while maintaining a sharp in-person and phone presence. Offering all-in potential from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. We offer salary plus commissions plus bonuses.
