LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in Lafayette, Indiana, 47905!

Pay Information

$375 to $400 per hour

About The Position

Gastroenterology Locums in Indiana

Highlights

  • Ongoing Need for a Gastroenterology Hospitalist.
  • Block scheduling available - work 7 days on, 7 days off.
  • Temporary privileges available with a credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days.
  • Open to IMLC Physicians or those with an active Indiana license.

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient setting
  • Level 2 Trauma Facility.
  • Admissions required.

    • Schedule

  • 7 on / 7 off - 7am-7pm shifts.
  • Call-only coverage with a 30-minute response time required.
  • Opportunity for long stretches of time off between blocks.

    • Procedures and Cases

  • Upper and Lower GI endoscopy with biopsy.
  • Colonoscopy with excision of polyp.
  • Manage 3-4 outpatient scopes per day Monday-Friday, plus inpatient cases.

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology.
  • Active ACLS and BLS certifications required.
  • Current Indiana medical license or IMLC.
