• Behaviorist Department :                           Calabrese Youth Center Reporting Function :               Director of Calabrese Youth Center Supervisory Functions :          Registered Behavior Technicians Schedule :                                 Flexible scheduling items; some weekend hours required Salary :                                      $70,000-$92,500 Job Summary :  To coordinate the behavioral treatment services of the children / youth in Laradon’s Youth Center.  Develop evidence-based behavior plans that address behavior and skills deficits as well as behaviors that place the person or others at risk.  Train and support staff to assist them in utilizing appropriate interventions and behavior management techniques.
