Key Responsibilities
- Develop write and debug CMM programs for part inspection based on engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Interpret GD&T specifications to create accurate and efficient measurement routines.
- Select appropriate probes fixtures and measurement strategies for various part geometries.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) in-process and final inspections using CMM.
- Analyze measurement data generate comprehensive inspection reports and communicate results.
- Troubleshoot CMM hardware software and programming issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams to optimize inspection processes and resolve measurement discrepancies.
