Clinical Nurse I : Hematology / Oncology - Night Shift

Join our dedicated Hematology / Oncology team! We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurse to provide exceptional patient care on the D4E unit during the night shift (36 hours / week). Your contributions will be critical in managing patient needs from admission to discharge, ensuring a smooth transition through their care journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document care in line with policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs, providing tailored care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational conditions.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create and update a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
