QA Inspector

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection to confirm compliance to engineering and customer requirements using provided inspection equipment
• Write and investigate non-conformances
• Conduct First Part Buy-Off inspections and communicate results back to manufacturing
• Perform First Article Inspection Activities
• Perform incoming receiving inspection on outside processes and assemblies as needed
• Maintain quantities and operation accountability on manufacturing control plans
• Work with multiple departments to ensure that good parts leave the doors to our customers

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret simple to complex engineering and specifications

Experienced with the use of all basic and advanced manual inspection tools

Advanced understanding of GD&T

Knowledge of FAIR requirements to AS9102C

Working to advanced knowledge of CATIA

Desired Skills :

Calibration experience

Inspection experience using CMM

Experience using Net-Inspect

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
