This position ha 2 phases

Per diem - 1 day up to weeks

Phas 2 - Direct Hire

Tasks

As an EFDA, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and quality of care by performing advanced clinical duties under the supervision of our dentists. You will contribute directly to the patient experience through technical skills and compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, surgical setting and is passionate about patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities :

Place and finish dental restorations (fillings) after the dentist prepares the tooth

Take accurate impressions for temporary crowns, bridges, and diagnostic models

Fabricate and place temporary crowns and bridges

Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments

Apply sealants and desensitizing agents as directed

Assist the dentist during procedures, including restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic treatments

Take and process radiographs

Maintain proper infection control and sterilization standards

Provide clear post-treatment instructions to patients

Charts treatment notes accurately and assist with updating patient records

Monitor inventory and prepare trays for procedures

Support front office team with patient flow and case coordination when needed

Qualifications : Requirements
