Seven Healthcare is proud to offer a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) team in Safford, Arizona . This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment providing care to a diverse adult patient population offering $68,000 to $75,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As a MedSurg RN, you will :

  • Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments and procedures
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide patient education and emotional support to individuals and their families
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
  • Uphold infection control and patient safety standards
  • Participate in discharge planning and transition of care processes

    • Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license eligible)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 1 year of acute care or MedSurg experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to patient needs
