Reservations & Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations & Sales Coordinator to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will manage individual and group reservations, oversee room blocks, billing, and reporting, and provide personalized service to guests and clients. You will also support the sales team in achieving revenue goals by assisting with group rooming lists, special requests, VIP accommodations, and client communications.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism are essential. This role requires close collaboration with sales, events, revenue management, finance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy, maximize revenue, and deliver seamless experiences. Qualifications

• Present a professional appearance and confidence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
