Managing Enterprise Architect - SAP S / 4 BRIM Solutions Architect ( (Atlanta)

About the Job you are considering :

Seeking an experienced and visionary SAP BRIM Solution Architect to join the Capgemini SAP Practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, extensive experience in architecting complex solutions, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable SAP solutions- Including, experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end subscription and usage-based billing solutions.

Your Role :

• Responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership for complex SAP BRIM transformations, including architecture, integration, and process optimization across Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management, and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
• Lead business and IT stakeholders in workshops to gather requirements and design scalable, future-proof BRIM solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP BRIM components : SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA, and their integration with S / 4HANA.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical architecture across order-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, PI / PO, BTP) to deliver holistic solutions.
• Responsible for, design, development and delivery of templates, accelerators, and IP's across multiple areas of expertise.
• Provide strategic Architecture Solutioning for the SAP Demand to Supply team, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain processes.
• Oversee, or be responsible for, the design, development and delivery of offerings across multiple areas of expertise.
• Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team, overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Established personal brand amongst peers and executive leaders as the domain expert to call upon for the most critical sales and delivery opportunities. Sustained success at this high level, raising the performance level of the entire team they engage with.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop SAP architecture roadmaps.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, SAP partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that SAP solutions align with overall technology and business strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and support for SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to architecture standards.
• Present architecture concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Expert in multiple core business processes, and associated functions, for one industry sector, or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability / process workshop.
• Build and maintain commercially productive relationships with multiple complementary third-party organizations at a regional level.
• Ability to Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region.
• Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a clients requirements, and or industry, including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $50 million, TCV. Capable of doing this for proposals that span Capgemini lines of business across the SBU, playing as #OneCapgemini.
• Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on / off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BL's, etc).
• Understand clients pain points, opportunities, and business context. Can create and articulate a north star for the engagement, and the business benefits which the proposal will deliver for the client.
• Able to estimate the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resource for opportunities in excess of $50 million across Capgemini lines of business.
• Able to deliver a compelling presentations to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement.
• Able to own plan and deliver an entire oral presentation across Capgemini lines of business for an opportunity in excess of $50 million.
• Able to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects greater than $50 million. Able to take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across Capgemini lines of business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of a large transformation project in excess of $50M. With detailed understanding of all functions and phases across the many services required of Capgemini and it's 3rd party partners to deliver the program outcomes
