About the Role :

The PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Laurel will play a crucial role in supporting occupational therapists in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This position involves working closely with individuals who have physical, emotional, or developmental challenges, assisting them in improving their daily living skills. The COTA will implement treatment plans designed by occupational therapists, monitor patient progress, and provide feedback to the therapy team. A key outcome of this role is to enhance the quality of life for patients by promoting independence and facilitating their reintegration into daily activities. Minimum Qualifications :

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevant state.
