Solid Waste Driver

The City of Sedro-Woolley is accepting applications for a Solid Waste Driver II in the Public Works Department, Solid Waste Division. This journey-level position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of solid waste vehicles and equipment, including residential and commercial waste collection, recycling, and green waste services. The role also includes container delivery, yard operations, and occasional custodial and maintenance tasks.

Starting salary range- $5,575.33 - $6,092.33 / month

Requires a valid WA State Class B CDL with air brake endorsement

Must have two years of experience as a Solid Waste Driver I or equivalent

Includes on-call rotation and emergency response duties
