Bilingual Patient Services Associate Medical Call Center

Location : Burbank, CA (100% Onsite) Pay : $21$22 / hr (commensurate with experience) Type : Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

We're seeking a Bilingual Patient Services Associate to join our dynamic medical call center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and support. You'll handle inbound calls related to care coordination, insurance authorizations, and appointment schedulingall while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for every patient. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for a permanent position after completing 560 contract hours. Conversion to a full-time role is based on performance and attendance during the contract period.

What You'll Do

• Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls (60+ per day) in a fast-paced medical call center environment.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and coordinating care.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records.
• Deliver compassionate, professional service while adhering to HIPAA and organizational standards.
