Med Surg - Registered Nurse - Nights

Job Title : Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Nights)\n\nLocation : Manchester, TN\n\nJob Description : \n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our client to join their Med Surg team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n

• Responsible for direction of patient care in the medical surgical setting.\n\n
• Consults with physicians, charge nurse and CNO on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.\n\n
• Follows the five (5) medication rights and reduces the potential for medication errors\n\n
• Prepares, hangs, monitors and discontinues IV fluids\n\nQualifications : \n\n
• Graduate of an accredited RN program\n\n
• Current Tennessee RN license\n\n
• Current BLS certification\n\n
• One year of hospital experience preferred\n\n
