• .5-1 FTE - General ANES needed for BSW Surgical Center in Fort Worth, Texas OPPORTUNITY for long term assignment!

NEED CLEAN FILE AND MUST BE AVIALABLE TO START IN NOVEMBER 2025. Client will book / extend through 2026.

M-F 5x10s.

.5 to 1 FTE candidates. Include their consistent weeks of availability on presentations.

Name clears needed - client is QUICK with same day responses and progresses to next steps quickly.

Hours : 7a 5 p dayshift (M-F)

Call Requirement : Minimal call, TBD, but call IS required

Call Response Time : 30 min

Case Types : Mix, Gen Anes - Heavy Ortho, blocks and regionals needed w / case logs

Typical PPD 8-15

Future Focus on having general anesthesiologist take livers (for transplants)

Bill Rate : $425

Bill OT / Holiday / CB : $475

Call Rates : Weekday Call Pay : $500

Licensing Want ACTIVE TX license and clean file

Cred / Priv process : 60-90 days, temps available on case-by-case basis must be able to hit a November start.
