Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment Case Manager

The IDDT Case Manager provides integrated, community-based case management services and supports to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This role focuses on promoting recovery, independence, and overall wellness through evidence-based practices, person-centered planning, and stage-wise interventions.

Our IDDT Case Managers are invaluable members of our interdisciplinary teams that ensure the achievement of quality care and outcomes for the individuals we serve.

Please Note : While this position is primarily community-based, it provides opportunities for some remote flexibility upon the successful completion of the training / onboarding period.

Compensation Range :

The starting pay for this position is $44,000 - $65,770 for unlicensed candidates, $50,800 - $70,542 for limited licensed candidates, and $52,593 - $75,315 annual salary for fully licensed candidates, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
