CORA has a Full-time Licensed Therapist opening in our Clinical Services Division for a mission driven, detail-oriented individual who can provide support to the clients and families served through our LEHB and IBHS programs.
The Licensed Therapist will provide therapy services across several programs in the Clinical Services Division including to Philadelphia Law Enforcement Officers, their spouses, and dependents at the LEHB Wellness Center location in Northeast Philadelphia. Therapy services can include individual, couples, and family modalities. This position involves both in-person and virtual counseling and assessment services for the LEHB and Intensive Behavioral Health Services programs.
Licensed Therapist will provide in-person services at both locations :

The approximate salary for the Licensed Therapist position is $67,226 (salary commensurate with experience).
In addition, as a Full-time Licensed Therapist your duties will include :
- Deliver therapy to clients and families, as defined by the program description, best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards.
- Prescribe services through a Written Order after completing Levels of Care Assessments.
- Develop treatment plans and crisis plans with the child, family, and team that are developmentally appropriate and strengths-based.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, assessments and discharge summaries, demonstrating compliance with professional, funder and insurance provider documentation requirements.
- Provide crisis assessments and psychological stabilization, as necessary.
- Initiate and recommend appropriate referrals for clients as needed.
- Adhere to credential and training requirements established by regulatory and licensing entities and funders.
- Implement Evidence-Based treatment and service models, some as recommended by funders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Program Administrators and / or Managing Director.
REQUIREMENTS :
Master’s degree and PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or licensed clinical social workerEXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :
A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or familiesLCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or LPCAbility to utilize collaborative, team-oriented approaches to treatmentUnderstanding of Evidenced-Based PracticesUnderstanding of child and family development and family systemsExperience with crisis intervention and crisis managementKnowledge of DSM-5Basic knowledge / understanding of common psychotropic medicationsExperience working with diverse populationsCORA Offers :
