Position : Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Service Areas : Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties

Company : Grace Healthcare Services

Starting Rate : $20 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem

What You'll Do

As a CHHA, your presence matters every day. You'll be trusted to provide :

Personal Care - Bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support

Meal Preparation - Nutritious, simple meals tailored to individual needs

Home Safety & Comfort - Keeping the patient's space clean, safe, and supportive

Accurate Documentation - Recording care activity using CellTrak

Team Partnership - Communicating patient condition updates to RN Case Managers

What We're Looking For

Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned counties
