• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing cardiac assessments.
• Utilize advanced cardiac monitoring equipment to track patients' heart rhythms, identifying any irregularities and responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and their families about heart health, disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes to promote long-term cardiac health.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Provide care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, ensuring they receive appropriate wound care, pain management, and rehabilitation support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
