Job Description

The Applications Engineer will lead efforts in aerospace, coatings, adhesives, and films applications. This position emphasizes technical sales engineering and product commercialization, acting as a bridge between technical expertise and customer collaboration. The role involves taking products from concept to commercialization, focusing on the development of advanced coatings, adhesives, and films, including thermal protection systems like multi-layer insulation blankets and specialty tapes.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales engineering and product commercialization efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful product launches.

Develop advanced coatings, adhesives, and films, including thermal protection systems.

Take products from concept to commercialization, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Essential Skills

Expertise in materials science and R&D.

Experience in product development and applications engineering.

Ability to provide technical support and manage projects effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BS, MS, or PhD in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering.

7-10 years of experience in R&D and product development.

Experience with coatings, adhesives, films, and related materials.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bristol,PA.
