Description
The City of Antioch is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and community-minded Youth Services Network Manager! The ideal candidate is a seasoned youth-serving professional who can seamlessly blend youth development expertise, systems navigation, program management, and policy and interagency coordination. They bring a track record of working across complex public systems and are skilled at resolving multi-layered cases, removing barriers for young people, and developing clear pathways through education, workforce, social service, and public safety ecosystems. This individual excels in cross-agency collaboration, navigating relationships with schools, community-based organizations, county departments, public safety partners, and philanthropic stakeholders. They are adept at managing multi-partner initiatives, aligning shared goals, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring accountability across diverse teams and institutions. Given the position's public-facing nature, the ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can effectively represent the City in countywide, regional, and cross-sector settings. In this role, they will work directly with the Public Safety & Community Resources Director, City Manager and other City staff to partner with public agencies, nonprofits, community groups, and youth-serving organizations to strengthen the City's approach to youth programming, early intervention, employment pathways, and family support. Summary Description
Under general supervision of the City Manager, initiate and cultivate collaborative partnerships with agencies and groups that work with or provide services / support to youth in the City in order to develop a youth services network / collaborative. Advocate for youth services to the community at large.
