Location : Remote - Anywhere in the contiguous United States
Compensation : Anticipated compensation for this role is $380-470k OTE split 60 / 40 between base / commission.
Job Summary
The Regional Practice Leader (RPL) will focus on high leverage large deal client opportunities selling and facilitating FranklinCovey's Business Outcomes Solutions (4DX & Sales Performance). This is a position that requires strong consultative selling skills with former executive leadership experience, who ideally has led a business unit of 200-500+ persons. Will require expertise in selling, leading executive overviews and facilitating FranklinCovey Business Outcomes content for clients.
