Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager – Products & Experiences will support marketing for the Products & Experiences department at BSE Global. This role will help grow new businesses in sectors including Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products, and will drive go-to-market campaigns, manage cross-functional deliverables, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

What You Will Do

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for Products & Experiences properties (Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products).

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Creative, Partnerships, Communications, and Ticketing; identify and manage external agencies / vendors as needed.

Assist in building brand identities, visual assets, and campaign creative in partnership with internal design teams and external resources.

Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Partner with digital marketing leads across organic social, paid media, email, and web to drive lead generation, audience engagement, and retention.

Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis to optimize against brand goals, including awareness, acquisition, and retention.

Work with the Data, Analytics & Insights team to evaluate campaign impact, generate audience insights, and conduct competitive / category research to inform strategy.

Support budget management by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and contributing to budget planning.

What You Will Bring

5-7 years of marketing experience (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience a plus).

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to create clear and compelling decks, briefs, and recaps.

Proficiency with digital and social media platforms; experience in managing paid campaigns across META and Google a plus.

Strong analytical skills; ability to measure and report on campaign performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Travel Requirements

May be required to travel on occasions; trips may require air travel and / or overnight stay for one or more nights.

Compensation

Base salary $90,000 – $110,000

Bonus eligibility

Medical, dental, and vision coverage; HSA and FSA eligibility

401(k) employer match at 4%

Work Environment

Works primarily in an office environment but on request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, occasional weekends and holidays.
