About The Position

Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessment and evidence-based treatment for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and complexities in the acute inpatient setting .

Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and goals.

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Educate patients and family members on the plan of care, treatment goals, and safe mobility techniques.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with hospital and regulatory standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of acute rehabilitation services.

Job Requirements

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy (PT) license required.

Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Must be able to travel to multiple points of care as required by department needs (e.g., inpatient unit, various clinic locations).
