We’re hiring an Entry-Level Maintenance Tech / Porter to support both indoor repairs and outdoor upkeep at our community. This role is perfect for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn. What You’ll Do
Keep the property looking its best—inside and out—by completing daily cleaning, light repairs, and upkeep.Support with apartment turns : cleaning, painting touch-ups, hauling items, and helping prepare units for new residents.Assist with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliance checks, and minor fixes) under the guidance of the Maintenance Lead.Maintain curb appeal : pick up debris, pressure wash sidewalks, care for landscaping, and keep common areas safe and tidy.Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and support the team with seasonal needs (snow / ice removal, sprinkler prep, etc.).What You’ll Bring
A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, and work both indoors and outdoors.A positive attitude and ability to work well with your team and residents.No prior experience required—just bring your dedication.Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.What You’ll Get
