Ideal candidate will have High School Diploma and 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience in a retail, infusion or hospital setting. Highly Prefer at least one year of IV sterile preparation experience, ACPE IV Sterile Products Competency

Working Hours : The working hours are 12 : 30p - 9 : 00p. Mon - Fri

Requirements : Education

Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred : Certificate from an accredited Pharmacy technician training program.

Preferred : Two years of college credit.

Work Experience

Required : 2 years Pharmacy technician experience in a hospital, infusion center or retail pharmacy.

Licenses and Certification

Required : PHTR - Reg Pharmacy Technician Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP). Upon Hire

Preferred : CPHT - Certified Pharmacy Technician Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Upon Hire

Preferred : Current Intravenous Medication Certification (IV-Sterle Products) approved by the Accreditation Counsel for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). Upon Hire

Other Requirements : Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
