The Midlevel Provider (Advanced Practice Nurse -APRN or Physician Assistant -PA) collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team to deliver comprehensive care to outpatients at our Family Medical Center in El Dorado. The Midlevel Provider is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs.
