Job Title : Area Manager – Lumber

Location : Southwest

Salary : $130-150,000 with total opportunity exceeding $300,000

With lumber and manufacuring facilities spread across the West Coast, we are currently seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations.

Job Overview : As the Area Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple distribution and manufacturing plants, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety protocols, and employee performance are met across all sites. You will report directly to senior management and collaborate with plant managers to optimize plant efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain a high standard of product quality .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage operations across multiple manufacturing locations, including production, quality control, safety, and personnel management.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance plant efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability across all sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe working environment at each location.
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to meet production goals and deliver products on time.
• Hire, train, and develop a strong management team to ensure each plant operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics from each location to identify improvement opportunities and lead process enhancements.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, covering operational metrics, financial performance, and employee feedback from all locations.
