About The Position

Step into a collaborative OR environment at a short-term acute care hospital (80 beds) and assist with a wide range of surgical procedures. Ideal for Surgical Techs with Ortho, Neuro, and Vascular experience who are ready for fast-paced outpatient and community hospital cases.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare operating rooms, sterile instruments, and supplies for assigned procedures.
• Assist surgeons and RNs during surgery, maintaining strict sterile technique.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team, ensuring readiness of equipment and materials.
• Support room turnover, maintain compliance with infection control & safety standards.
