Overview

As a Consulting Products Liability Attorney, you will be integral to our dynamic team, providing top-tier legal services to a diverse clientele. You will manage all aspects of litigation, including depositions, hearings and trials, and negotiations of settlements. Responsibilities

• Provide legal expertise on product liability matters, including risk assessment and litigation.
• Develop and implement legal strategies in complex product liability litigation.
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials, advocating effectively for their interests.
• Conduct thorough investigations to gather necessary facts and evidence for each case.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
