The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable human resources professional who will lead and execute all general HR functions for the organization. As an HR department of one, this instrumental role will proactively and independently manage HR tasks while also maintaining a collaborative company culture that supports AAPM&R's mission and strategic goals. Position Overview

Reporting to the AED of Operations, the Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner and leader across the Academy, managing and executing a broad range of HR, operational, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for implementing HR best practices, enhancing organizational culture, and overseeing HR operations, vendor relationships, and facilities management.
