Dental Hygienist – Join White Birch Dental in Princeton, MN!

White Birch Dental is a fun, family-oriented dental practice in Princeton, MN, focused on preventive care, patient education, and professional growth. Our modern office is equipped with cutting-edge technology and is currently undergoing an exciting remodel to enhance both the patient and team experience. We’re committed to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment—and we’re looking for a passionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team!

Schedule :

Full-time with flexible hours

• Monday – Wednesday : 8am – 5pm
• Thursday : 8am – 2pm

Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional preventive care including cleanings and periodontal maintenance

Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and overall oral health

Utilize state-of-the-art technology such as digital x-rays, CEREC, and laser treatments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Collaborate with a supportive dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences

Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications :

Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and a patient-focused mindset

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

New graduates and experienced hygienists are both encouraged to apply!
