We’re seeking a Hybrid BCBA to join our Colonial Heights, VA clinic. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with the expectation to be onsite once a month for 2–3 days to collaborate with the team and provide direct clinical support.

What You’ll Do
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism.Supervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and trainees to ensure quality care.Provide caregiver coaching and training to strengthen family engagement.Monitor progress through data collection and make ongoing program adjustments.Lead team meetings that promote collaboration and open communication.Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance standards.Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and AutismCOE’s commitment to clinical excellence.What You’ll Bring
Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.A collaborative, compassionate approach to client care and team support.Perks & Benefits
