SWAN Legal Services Initiative - Coordinator
The SWAN LSI Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the SWAN LSI Program and assigned LSI Counties. This includes supervision, mentoring, coaching, and managing of LSI Paralegals (LSIP). This position acts as a liaison between the County, LSI Management, and the SWAN prime contract. The SWAN LSI Coordinator works collaboratively with Voce staff, SWAN Prime Contract staff, Technical Assistance (TA) Collaborative partners and county partners. The SWAN LSI Coordinator is required to demonstrate critical thinking skills and make informed decisions in accordance with protocols, policies, and procedures .
Schedule : Full Time, Exempt position works a minimum of 8 hours between 8 AM – 5 PM. This includes a 30-minute paid lunch.
