Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in Atlanta, GA. The Superintendent will manage construction site operations to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and according to plan specifications. Responsibilities include overseeing daily on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality control. The Superintendent will also collaborate with project managers, provide regular progress updates, and address any challenges that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

Construction management, site supervision, and subcontractor coordination skills

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, project schedules, and building specifications

Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA standards) and quality control practices

Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

Familiarity with construction technology tools, such as drop box, Bluebeam, project etc.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus

Previous experience in commercial construction or a similar role is a plus
